After suffering from a number of autoimmune issues for ten years, Eugenia Loli finally recovered in 2011. When she regained her health, her brain sort of rewired. She used to see abstract art whenever she used to close her eyes, completely sober. Later, she discovered the style of “pop vintage collage” and started putting those images on canvas in a form of collage.
“I’d wake up in the morning, and I’d have this need to make a collage. Never before in my 39 years of life thus far I felt that way, but I cherish that feeling every day now,” she said.
