PM Modi Accepts Virat Kohli’s Fitness Challenge, Posts Inspiring Video Of His Morning Routine

Fitness is not just a trend but a lifestyle that we ought to implement in our fast-paced lives. And although the pearls of its practice have been around all this time, we gotta give it to Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and his fitness challenge #HumFitTohIndiaFit to give it the modern day spin it needed!

His video of him crunching push-ups in work attire not only urged people but also motivated them to post their own workout regimes and hand the baton to others including Virat Kohli and Hrithik Roshan. In fact, Virat even went ahead and tagged wifey, Anushka Sharma and PM Modi.

And while Anushka was quick to share her fitness secret, PM Modi has finally let us in on his routine and it’s nothing short of inspiring. He recently took to Twitter and revealed moments from his morning exercises.

He even divulged that he does yoga amidst nature and its five elements- Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash to keep healthy and fit.

“Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises.”

Not just that, PM Modi further tagged and challenged Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy, as well as TT champ Manika Batra and all IPS officers “especially those above 40”.

And guess what? He has already gotten a response, albeit cheeky,  from Kumaraswamy.

Talk about spreading the vibe, eh? Hopefully, more will follow suit and vouch for the mantra of fitness.
