From ‘Priyankemon’ To Pufferfish, PeeCee’s Puffer Dress Sparks Meme-fest Online

Celebrities have often found themselves become the fodder for memes, sometimes for their peculiar outfits and other times for their genuine expressions that were very timely captured on camera. But it takes courage to laugh out loud on yourself that too on a public platform that has full potential to make things worse.

Recently, desi girl Priyanka Chopra Jonas took part in self-deprecating humor and shared a couple of viral fanmade memes of her in a green, polka dot, ball-shaped dress, along with her hair tied in a high bun. The ‘Polka Dot Draped Orb’ from the Spring Summer 2021 collection of Halpern Studio tickled our funny bones.

According to Hindustan Times, PeeCee sported that look during a video call with the popular Instagram dog, Tika. From being regarded as a new Pokemon named ‘Priyankemon’ to a new variety of pufferfish and a cricket ball on the field, the meme-fest was LIT AF.

Obviously, people had a lot to say about her look. But one among them questioned why would someone wear a quirky, puffy dress like that when they have an impressive figure like Priyanka? The actor responded to the user’s query and wrote:

Well, Priyanka and her out-of-the-world outfits have made waves online a couple of times earlier as well. It’s nice to see how she is playing along and not letting the meme culture affect her.
