Recently, a video of a couple fighting with a dog owner inside a lift in an apartment complex in Noida went viral. In the video, we saw how the couple was asking the pet owner to muzzle her dog because they were scared of it. The woman refused to muzzle the dog and the two parties engaged in a verbal spat.
As the video began widely circulating online, a good chunk of people criticized the woman for not muzzling her dog or taking a separate lift. In addition to that, she experienced social media trolling.
And now, the dog owner, Richa Srinet, has posted a video addressing the incident. She went on to claim that before the couple recorded her video, they hurled abuses at her and said something along the lines of, “50 rupay ka kutta aur 200 rupay ki leash (The dog is worth Rs 50 and the leash is worth Rs 200).”
“Are these furbabies not my kids? I am not going to get scared because of these abuses and stop loving animals because I love each and every being,” she added.
It was after the couple started to record her that she lost her cool. Here’s a look at her addressing the incident:

She also shared a video confronting the security guard who witnessed the verbal spat. In the video, the security guard claims that the couple said the ‘Rs 50 dog – Rs 200 leash’ phrase. The couple also allegedly hurled abuses at the woman, which were apparently so shameful that the security guard wouldn’t reiterate them.

On the other hand, the guy (whose wife was pregnant) named Abhishek Kumar took to Twitter to share another video of the security guard where he claims that the dog in the video had previously bitten a few residents of the building. He also attached CCTV footage of what happened from outside the lift.
He also accepted that the couple hurled abuses at the woman. Have a look:

Honestly, this entire issue could have been resolved easily had the woman muzzled her dog or had the couple taken a separate lift. What do you think?
