Noida Couple Willing To Pay ₹1 Lakh To Anyone Who Finds Them Their Lost Persian Cat

Losing a pet is like having a piece of your heart disappear. It’s more than just sadness. It’s a deep ache of not knowing where your beloved furry companion is. The worry and fear grow with each passing moment and you will do anything to get them back into your life. Such is the case with a couple in Noida.

According to Moneycontrol, Ajay and Deepa have been searching for their Persian cat named Cheeku who disappeared more than two weeks ago. They are willing to give Rs 1 lakh as a cash reward to anyone who finds and returns their pet cat.

The cat has a ginger coat speckled with white and lived in Noida’s Sector 62 at Harmony Apartments. Ajay and Deepa Kumar had the cat since the past 18 months since it was 3 months old.

“He was a gift from my brother-in-law. We named him and he slowly became a part of our life. He would run around the flat and snuggle up to us when it was cold,” revealed Ajay.

The couple scanned CCTV footage and found that on the day Cheeku went missing, he walked out of the balcony of their house and walked towards the parking area. He then disappeared from the footage. Fellow residents, neighbours, security personnel, etc. were asked but they couldn’t give any information.

Ajay has pasted posters of Cheeku across the entire sector on walls, polls and street corners promising a cash reward of Rs 1 lakh to whoever finds him.

“He was more attached to my wife. We had become so used to Cheeku around us that his absence is difficult to cope with. We hope he will walk into our flat, someday, just like he did a year and a half ago,” Ajay said.

This must be a heart-wrenching search for them!
