NASA Has Released A Video Of A Solar Flare Captured In 4K And It’s Beautifully Mesmerising

The universe is filled with beauty everywhere. Some things you can see, some things you can’t. And for everything you can’t, there’s NASA.

NASA Goddard uploaded this beautiful video of a solar flare on the east side of our sun which was captured on the 17th of April this year by NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO). The colours you see are different kinds of colour-coded frames by the SDO as the flares are not visible to the naked eye directly because the video was captured in very high-intensity ultraviolet light.

Solar flares are caused by extreme magnetism points in the sun, and scientists all over the world study them round the year to find the cause.

I could keep watching this on loop! *__*
