Women In Delhi And Haryana Are Waking Up To Find Their Hair Chopped Off After Fainting. WHAT?

The world is a mysterious place and you find crimes in the places where you least suspect them. For instance, women in villages of Delhi and Haryana are waking up to find that their hair is gone! A mysterious braid chopper is on the loose.

Four women in villages outside Delhi woke up with a sharp, excruciating pain in their head on Sunday. They saw that their hair is cut and their chopped braid is lying on the floor near them. Incidents have left the villagers scared and seeking superstitious remedies for the unexplained and utterly mysterious braid chopper!

HT reported the case of a 55-year-old woman living in Kanganheri village in outer Delhi. The woman says that she came home at around 10:30 AM from the farm on a Sunday and slept with her main 6-feet iron gate closed but her room door ajar.

The women with henna-red hair then slept with her back facing the door. She suddenly felt a sharp shooting pain in her head and screamed for help, but the noise from the cooler cut her out and no one heard her screams.

After sometime, her granddaughter visited the room and saw that she was lying unconscious on the floor with her cut braid right beside her. The woman spoke to HT and said,

“No one approached me on my way back home from the farm. No one followed me into my house and no one touched me when I lay on the bed. I don’t remember anyone chopping off my hair either.”

The Indian Express also reported 3 other cases that happened only 12 hours apart in different villages. The most striking one is of a 40-year-old woman in Ashok Vihar, Gurgaon. She swore that she saw a cat entering the room and saw her converting into a woman.

The last time I clearly remember I saw a cat turning into a lady was Prof Minerva McGonagall. Don’t you too?

Another case of 24-yr-old in Bhimgarh Khedi was reported and she said that she met a mysterious woman who gave her something to eat. She fainted after eating that and woke up to find that her hair was chopped. 

Speaking to the media, DCP Surender Kumar defied the villagers’ claim of a supernatural activity. As the incidents have happened in different places in only a gap of 12 hours, villagers are scared out of their wits. DCP said,

“Witchcraft is totally ruled out. We are probing this in a scientific manner.”

The police is rummaging through CCTV footage of the nearby areas and has identified a few suspicious men roaming around the places where the braids were chopped.

Weirdly, no thefts have been reported in the houses of these women. They are not hurt or abused. Only their braids are being chopped and left on the floor. 

This is undoubtedly, the weirdest crime we have heard in a while. We hope that police can find the perpetrator who is causing such panic and terror amongst villagers.
