Aamir, Rajinikanth And Mohanlal To Star In Rajamouli’s Mahabharata. We Want These Actors Too!

After ‘Baahubali’ duology, filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli expressed his desire to make an epic mythological trilogy, ‘Mahabharata’. Rumours are rife that his dream is taking shape and he sees the biggest crowd-pullers Rajinikanth, Aamir Khan and Mohanlal in it. Yes, people. You heard that right.

According to a Bollywood Life report, a source says that Rajamouli is toying with the idea of roping in big names.

“Rajamouli is currently busy with Baahubali 2, but he is thrilled about Mahabharat. He wants to take Aamir Khan, Rajinikanth and Mohanlal on board for this project. He is yet to decide on the characters these stars will portray.”

Now, how awesome would that be? Three of the biggest names from three of the biggest industries.

 

And you can count Aamir in, as he had said during ‘Dangal’ promotions,

“I am a huge fan of Rajamouli’s work and if he ever plans to make ‘Mahabharata’, I’d love to play Krishna or Karna. I might actually go with Krishna.”

We quite like the ring of it.

Aamir, Rajini Sir and Mohanlal are huge stars and their fans would give anything to watch the biggest casting coup of all times. What if it gets grander?
