Musician Adds Beats To Kokilaben’s Dialogues, Makes Her ‘Sing’ In Parody Video

The inspiration for songs can come from anywhere – an 8-year-old’s musings about a butthole or a daily soap. Remember Kokilaben from the TV serial ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’? The show is off air right now but a music producer from Mumbai, Yashraj Mukhate, has taken her dialogues and added musical beats to them to create the effect of her singing.

Yes, you read that right. Her scoldings for Gopi Bahu and Rashi have been turned into a rap song, give it a listen.

The parody video has already amassed over 7.5 lakh views on Instagram (and 127k on Twitter) in less than 24 hours. The producer of the show Rashmi Sharma has also shared it on her handle. Celebrities like Ranvir Shorey and Sanya Malhotra have appreciated his efforts.

People can’t get over the catchy song and are calling it another level of comedy.
