Kit Harington Tries To Not Give Away ‘Game Of Thrones’ Spoilers And It’s Hilarious

After watching the Night King burst through the Wall, fans finally got to see a glimpse of how close they’ve come to (what looks to be) Winterfell in the ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 8 trailer. In addition to that, a detailed analysis showed who’s in danger and who’s not.

But when’s that ever enough for hardcore fans of ‘Game of Thrones’? And since ‘The Late Show’ host, Stephen Colbert is one such fan, he tried to confirm some endgame theories from the King in the North, Jon Snow (I’m not calling him Aegon. He’s still Jonny for me).

With April right around the corner, Kit Harington came to Stephen Colbert’s show to promote ‘Game of Thrones’ and he was showered with a ton of theories about how the show might end.

After joking about how he marries the Night King and the show ends, and before reacting to the wild GoT theories, Kit did talk about how he felt while reading the conclusion. He said,

“There was a table read and I was the one person who hadn’t read the episode. They used me as a litmus test. Like David and Dan were looking at me to see my reaction as the events unfolded. And they got some pretty good reactions. I was very shocked and surprised at certain events unfolding and then I blubbed my eyes out.”

So folks, if Kit cried, you know that we’re all going to cry.

With that out of the way, Colbert told the cameraman to focus on Kit so that we could witness how he reacts to his theories. And they were gold!

So, from what I understood, it’s down to two possible endings. One is Jon Snow marrying the Night King. The other one is a ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ crossover with Robert Downey Jr. being Kit Harington’s son. And honestly, I won’t be disappointed and would probably cry my eyes out as Kit did. But do you have a theory that’s better than Stephen’s? Let us know in the comments.
