Pakistani Journo Takes Reporting To Another Level, Reports His Own Wedding And Interviews Wife

Journalism is serious business as the entire weight of making a story worth watching falls on the shoulders of the journalist. So, you can imagine how important it is for a journalist to hop on to the bandwagon whenever they find any news worth reporting.

However, a Pakistani journalist took this excitement to another level when he reported live from his own wedding. News reporter Hanan Bukhari of City 41, a resident of Razabad, Pakistan did a telecast of his own wedding and even interviewed his wife.

The channel aired almost his entire wedding complete with showing how he brought his baraat on superbikes and a sports car!

In a video posted on People of Pakistan page, which has since gone viral, the reporter is seen armed with a mic reporting his happiness. He even elaborated on how his parents are feeling as they went to great lengths to witness the moment.

He moves on to interview his wife who dreamt of a grand wedding and this was the reason that he chose to make such a statement with superbikes and sports car.

She was elated at having her wishes fulfilled on her wedding day and said,

“bohot acha laga mujhe aapne meri pehli khwaaish puri ki,
main ummeed karti hoon aap aage bhi isi tarah saari zindagi,
saari khwaaishein aap puri karenge, aap mujhe khush rakhenge.”

(“I am very happy today. You fulfilled my first wish, I hope you fulfil all my future wishes and keep me happy.”)
