The world is currently going through a horrifying health crisis. Thousands of people have died and lakhs of them are in isolation, undergoing treatment for COVID-19 away from their loved ones.
In such tough times, even a single step towards recovery for a person suffering from the deadly coronavirus is worth a celebration. And the ICU team of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, is making sure of it.
The team breaks into a victory dance every time a COVID-19 patient is taken off the ventilator, reports Times Now. A doctor from the hospital shared the video of the ICU team’s victory dance on Twitter. Have a look:
Yes, patients do recover from #COVID19 #ARDS. And yes, my #ICU team does do an #extubation dance every time we liberate someone from a #Ventilator. #ARDSAvengers #coronavirus #bestteamever @uclaimchiefs @UCLAHealth @atscommunity @GiladJaffe @HungryDes @NoCoughEng pic.twitter.com/axgV7pOTXU

In our fight against #COVID19 remember it’s OK for our frontline workers to celebrate the small wins. Yesterday we had 2 patients come off #ventilators & breath on their own! So, we smiled, we danced & took a moment for ourselves. #HealthcareHeroes #AllInThisTogether #ARDS pic.twitter.com/7XzqpzAo8B
