Guy Who Tried To Hijack Jet Flight Is Actually A Billionaire, Wants To Start His Own Airlines

In other bizarre news this week we heard that apparently nothing is out of bounds when it comes to ‘love’. There are no limits which cannot be crossed and ‘all’s fair in love and war’ can be taken to any extreme.

On a Mumbai to Delhi Jet Airways Flight, a billionaire Birju Salla left a note in the flight bathroom. The threatening note claimed that there were 12 hijackers on board who wanted the flight to land in Pakistan.

However, the man was caught and it was revealed that he did it for love. He was apparently in love with a Jet Airways ground staff and wanted to cause the company harm so that she would be forced to leave Jet and join his company instead.

The man was caught and is in custody of the Ahmedabad CID now. In an interrogation, the jewelry tycoon revealed that he wanted to start his own airline company for her. According to a Times of India report, he had even named the company ‘Royal Airlines’.

The attendant who works as a ground staff for Jet Airways caught the eye of the billionaire who fell head over heels in love with her. However, she worked in the Delhi airport and he wanted her to move to Mumbai.

Salla said that he got the idea when he was helping his friend arrange for chartered planes for his daughter’s wedding. He wanted to hand over the management of the airlines to his love interest.

In another shocking twist in this tale of love is that he is married. Yes, Salla is also married with two children and was still willing to buy an airline for the girl.

This story has just gone from creepy to creepier with every twist in the tale. First, he gave out a hoax hijack putting the lives of 115 people at risk. And now he wanted to go to the extent of buying an airline for her. What kind of twisted love is this?
