Bengaluru Woman Offers To Buy Groceries For Senior Citizens Amid Lockdown; Twitter Joins Her

The deadly coronavirus is rapidly spreading all across the globe. And, it is during such difficult times when everyone needs to contribute to stop the pandemic. You can help control the spread of the virus by socially distancing yourself or by going under self-quarantine.

Recently, amid the home-quarantine phase, a woman from Banglore has volunteered to help the elderly, reports Hindustan Times.

The thoughtful woman has offered to run errands for senior citizens who are under self-quarantine. She has mentioned how she is a hygienic individual who washes her hand and commutes only wearing a mask.

She also answered how she is going to ensure that the groceries delivered are safe and protected:

So my plan is just to buy things that are packaged. So they can wash those with water and then open them. Should be ok, right? We are all still getting groceries :-/
