The Harvey Weinstein story of scandals is getting uglier by the day. In fact, dirty secrets from his history of sexual abuse are still surfacing, as we speak, and it is imperative you know them all.

Of course, we all cringed in disgust when Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow shared how they were wronged at the hands of the sexual predator; when Leana Headey and Salma Hayek revealed how ‘monster Weinstein’ took advantage of them, but in the hindsight, ‘the voice’ is growing stronger. And that is exactly why I’m here today…To tell you another tale and give the voice the reach it deserves.

According to the Mirror, A former personal assistant to Harvey Weinstein has filed a federal lawsuit alleging that she was subjected to sexual exploitation and a “sexually hostile” work environment while working for him.

Sandeep Rehal, who was the disgraced media mogul’s personal assistant for two years from 2013 to 2015, has sought a trial by jury in an 11-page lawsuit describing her nightmarish ordeal.

It was filed in the Southern District Court of New York on January 25 and is awaiting Weinstein and his company’s response after a court summon.

Reportedly, She was forced to clean up semen and pick up used condoms following Harvey’s sexual encounters. The lawsuit also claims that she was made to take dictation of emails from him while he was naked.

Allegedly, she was also obliged to supply him with erectile dysfunction medication and ‘had to pick up his used Caverject shots, which he tossed on the floor in his office, hotel rooms and his apartment’.

Not just that. Harvey also subjected Rehal to ‘unwelcome touching’, rubbing and grazing her thighs and butt while travelling together. The lawsuit demanding punitive damages also read,

“As a result of the hostile work environment caused by sexual harassment, Ms Rehal has suffered, and continues to suffer from severe emotional distress, anxiety, depression, humiliation, fear, anguish and loss of self-esteem.”

The document also names his brother Bob Weinstein and human resources head, Frank Gill, along with their company.

While the authenticity of the above the mentioned allegations are yet to be proven, the mere thought of an independent woman going through all of that to support herself is heart-breaking!
