Can you believe that it’s already Day 2 of Bappa’s trip to our humble abodes? The 10-day festival of Ganesh Chaturthi always brings Mumbai to life, and it is incredible to see the vibrancy and vigour of Ganpati celebrations! Adding their own glitz and glamour touch to the festival, of course, are our Bollywood celebs!
This year too, the who’s who of high society and B-Town got together to revere the elephant god of prosperity and we’ve got all the pictures here!
Let’s start with a loud cheer of Ganpati Bappa Morya, shall we?
Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raj Kundra welcomed Bappa amidst much fanfare to their home.
They had several of their industry friends drop by for darshan!
Shilpa even posted a lovely video of their family doing Bappa’s aarti!
As she undergoes treatment in the States, Sonali Bendra couldn’t be there for the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations back home. But she shared a picture of husband Goldie Behl and son Ranveer seeking Bappa’s blessings!

Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at RK Studios have always been iconic over the years. However, this year marks the last time that this would happen, as RK Studios has been put up for sale.

It is indeed a beautiful feeling to see Ganesh Chaturthi bring people, not just celebrities but also us common folk, together, irrespective of religion, caste, economic strata and any other differences. Perfectly true to it’s essence!
