Meet The 3 Beauty Queens Who Were Crowned With The Femina Miss India 2023 Titles

Back in 2022, 21-year-old Sini Shetty from Karnataka proudly wore the crown of Miss India World 2022 in Mumbai. This year too, we got our Femina Miss India World 2023, Nandini Gupta hailing from Rajasthan at the 59th edition of the prestigious pageant.

You would be surprised to know that Nandini is 19 years old and belongs to Kota. And since her city is one of the biggest coaching hubs in the country, she also holds a degree in Business Management.

Talking about her journey from Kota to the world stage, an overwhelmed Nandini shared on her Instagram post:

“Honored to be crowned as Femina Miss India World 2023! It’s still sinking in that I’ve achieved this dream of a lifetime. This journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride, filled with hard work, determination, and unwavering support.”

After winning this coveted pageant among the 30-state winners, Nandini will represent India at the 71st Miss World pageant that is going to be held in the United Arab Emirates. Interestingly, Nandini dreamt of competing in the Miss India pageant since she was 10 years old.

Along with Nandini, Shreya Poonja from Delhi became the first runner-up.

The 22-year-old student, actor, model, and budding entrepreneur was also awarded the Times Miss Body Beautiful title. She graduated in Economics and is currently pursuing her higher education in Finance.

Manipur’s Strela Thounaojam Luwang was crowned the 2nd runner-up.

Strela, born in Manipur took up international business studies. The 22-year-old beauty aims to encourage a ‘child-friendly’ education system and is an avid advocator of mental health, reported Times Now.

The three of them were crowned with their respective titles at the grand finale of the event that concluded at the Indoor Stadium, Khuman Lampak in Imphal, Manipur, for the first time in Northeast India’s history.
