Delivery agents work day and night to bring us food, clothes, gifts, groceries, etc that we conveniently order with a click of a button. Which is why it is our duty to treat them with kindness and compassion. Offering them a glass of water or simply saying thank you often goes a long way in showing our appreciation.
According to The Indian Express, the Ouma family from Delaware went a step further and left treats for them by the door with a note that said, “UPS, USPS, AMAZON, FEDEX – please take some goodies to enjoy on your route. Thank you for making holiday shopping easy. The Ouma family.”

And when a delivery agent found them, he excitedly remarked, “Oh, this is nice! Ah, they got some goodies! Wow! Oh, this is sweet! Oh, wow, get out of here!” before breaking out into a happy dance.

The wholesome video quickly went viral and was shared over 297,000 times. The driver was later identified as Karim Earl Reed III.
Twitter was floored by both the family’s sweet gesture and the agent’s excited reaction to the goodies.
