If you’re under the limelight 24×7 just like Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone, controversy ought to be your second name. The ‘Om Shanti Om’ actor recently got into an indirect war with influencer Freddy Birdy concerning her wardrobe, reported India Today.
For the uninitiated, the actor is currently raising the temperature as she is serving looks during the promotion of her next film ‘Gehraiyaan.’

Things went South when Freddy shared a post on his Instagram account saying that “Clothes will get tinier as the Gehraiyyan release date approaches (sic).”
Captioning his post, he wrote, “Necklines and hemlines are Gehraiyaan.”
His post does come out as sexist. Soon after his post, the ‘Gehraiyaan’ actor shared this cryptic post without naming anyone.
This didn’t end here. Assuming that Deepika’s post referring to ‘morons’ was indicated to him, Freddy retaliated saying that it’s the first non-fake comment in Deepika Padukone’s entire career. Freddy has now made his account private.

Amid all the heat, actor Mrunal Thakur also underwent some burns by Deepika’s fans after she liked Freddy’s offensive post about her. Responding to a fan’s tweet, she wrote:
