It’s exam season and students across the country might be doing their last-minute preparation. While some might be confident, others might be freaked out with just the thought of appearing for one. And it’s normal, TBH! But if you’re feeling demotivated and anxious right now, then here is an inspiring story of a young boy that will definitely encourage you to push your limits and work harder.
Shivam Solanki is one of the hundreds of young students writing their class 12 board exams. However, what makes him different from the crowd is his determination and will-power to reach new heights despite all odds.
Shivam, who hails from Gujarat, lost his hands and legs in an accident at the age of 13. But that didn’t stop him from educating himself. After losing his limbs in a tragic accident, he taught himself to write using his elbows and then scored 81% in his 10th board exams without anyone’s help, reported NDTV.

He is now writing his class 12th board exams this year. Talking about the support Shivam got from his school, his father said, “My son has received a lot of help and support from his school. The teachers call and visit him whenever he requires any help.”
Speaking about his aspirations, Shivam said, “I am prepared. I hope that I score good marks this year too, much more than what I scored in 10th Board Exam.”
He further extended his wishes to all those appearing for the exams. “It is just an exam so I urge other students to not stress about it, as it will not decide how your entire life would be. Just prepare well and do well.”
People online were delighted to see his hard work and determination and extended their wishes.
