Bagheera, who plays Mowgli’s mentor in the ‘Jungle Book‘ is so much more than a fictional character. The black panther taught us the true value of friendship in his own unique way. And, while the iconic character is much loved by viewers, seeing a panther in real life is a different experience altogether.
Speaking of which, a black panther was recently spotted in Goa, reports News18. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant shared a picture of a Black Panther from the Netravali wildlife sanctuary in South Goa.
Have a look at his tweet:

While the area is a known habitat of tigers, spotting a Black Panther is a rare occurrence. A senior forest department official said that they were trying to find if there are other panthers in the sanctuary as well, reports the Indian Express.
Many people admired the rare sighting in Goa:
Whoa😲😲look at her black shining velvety fur😍😍😍😍😍

Well, this is not the first time an animal was spotted in a new habitat during the lockdown. Previously, deers were seen hitting the streets, and peacocks were spotted in the lanes of Mumbai. Well, the lockdown has sure been a fun adventure for animals. What do you think? Tell us!
