In India, many professionals feel overwhelmed by the heavy workloads set by their superiors. This pressure can become so intense that some employees develop resentment towards their managers and seniors. This frustration can lead to harmful thoughts or actions towards them. For example, five colleagues working at a private firm in Bengaluru, Heritage Milk Product company, hired goons to beat up a senior who was putting too much work pressure on them.
A very distressing video of the incident has gone viral on social media in which we can see how the senior, named Suresh, is being mercilessly beaten up by goons with a rod on the side of the road. The video was captured by a vehicle’s dashcam. The incident occurred in Kalyan Nagar near Outer Ring Road on March 31.
The accused people have been identified as Umashankar, Vinesh and Sandeep. According to Times Now, Suresh was pressuring Umashankar and Vinesh to accelerate their work process which would initially require many days. On April 5, the accused were arrested.
