Approach with caution: If you haven’t watched Game of Thrones season 8 episode 3, stop reading now or be met with spoilers.
‘Game of Thrones’ season 8 episode 3 gave us an epic battle between the living and the undead. The episode aptly titled ‘The Long Night’ had plenty of twists and surprises for fans. The red woman’s prophecy, Lyanna Mormont’s badassery and Theon’s redemption were all epic moments. And we couldn’t be more excited for the finale this month.
But the most unexpected and exhilarating scene was undoubtedly Arya Stark’s sneak attack on the Night King. We couldn’t have thought of anyone better to do the deed. She executed it perfectly indeed and singlehandedly shattered the undead army when all hope seemed lost.
