ANI Releases The First Pic Of Pakistani F16 Jet That Was Downed By Indian Air Force

Tension has escalated quickly between India and Pakistan after the Indian Air Force’s air strike on the Jaish-e-Mohammed’s terror camps took place on February 26. Pakistan’s forces had retaliated following PAF’s aircraft which is said to have violated Indian airspace in Jammu and Kashmir.

MEA spokesperson, Raveesh Kumar, stated yesterday that Pakistan F-16 that violated the Indian airspace was shot down in retaliation by the Indian forces. In this engagement, India lost one MiG 21 and one pilot was missing. But these were claims made with no evidence.

However, recently ANI has gathered evidence of the shot F-16 and has taken on Twitter to post its images:

MiG-21 Bison’s pilot, Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, was ejected across the Line of Control and is claimed to be in the custody of the Pakistan Army.
