Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar, Gujarat, were nothing short of a national event of international significance. From the who’s who of the entertainment industry to the heads of the business world, Jamnagar became abuzz with the biggies of the globe. It was of course a star-stuffed and over-the-top affair but the festivities weren’t the end of it.
Apparently, the guests who attended the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were given return gifts that cost a fortune! According to a report by GQ, the return gifts included Louis Vuitton bags, gold chains, luxury footwear, and even nightwear.
One of the eye-catching items on the list was a custom-designed duffle bag created by a homegrown label called Bombay Artisan Co. The bag is a tribute to Vantara, the animal rehabilitation centre unveiled by the Ambanis recently. It is made out of cruelty-free leather and features handpainted animal motifs. It also comes with trolley wheels for ease of movement.
The guests also received handcrafted candles made by visually impaired artisans from Mahabaleshwar working under the company named Sunrise Company.

Skilled women artisans from Kutch were also commissioned by the Ambanis to weave Bandhani and Pethani scarves for its guests.
