While being a celebrity has its perks, it also calls for social media trolls keeping an eye on every move of yours. And it’s no different in case of our B-Town superstars who are judged for everything they do on screen or off it.
And if there is someone who knows a thing or two about the same, it has to be Abhishek Bachchan. From being trolled as the ‘useless’ son of the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, to being taunted for living with his parents, Abhishek has been a victim of social media bullying on several occasions.
But you got to give it up for the actor, who has managed to shut up his haters, every time. And this time, it was no different.
Abhishek Bachchan made a return to acting with his recently released film Manmarziyaan. The film ended the actor’s two years of absence from big screens and also had Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal playing important roles.
While the trailer promised a gripping love triangle ahead, the film somehow failed to live up to the standards of an Anurag Kashyap directorial. And with the box office collections struggling at a mere 24 crore after two weeks of release, the netizens held Abhishek Bachchan responsible for it.
Yeah, we saw that coming. Like literally, people have made it a habit.
Taking a blatant dig at the actor, a troll highlighted Abhishek as the primary reason behind the film’s earnings. He also mentioned his strict objection to nepotism and advised the star kids to sell ‘vadapavs’.
And by the way, he is a doctor!

Replying to the tweet, Abhishek managed to put him in his place. In a befitting answer, the actor asked him to research the facts and figures carefully before drawing conclusions. Adding a bit of humor, Abhishek hoped that he does so in case of his patients. Lol.
With all due respect kind sir, I would expect an esteemed doctor such as yourself to study all the facts and figures before proclaiming anything. I certainly hope you do so with your patients. Learn the economics of the film before you tweet something that will embarrass you. 🙏

But wait, the story is far from over. The troll was quick enough to come back with a reply. This time, he pointed out that it is not him but Abhishek, who should be embarrassed because of delivering numerous flops in a row.

However, Abhishek finally had someone in his support. As the troll showed no signs of backing off, someone jumped in with a logical explanation for him. In an appropriate justification, he pointed out that Manmarziyaan is a small budget film which has already gained from its collections.
Manmarziyan is a small budget film, and they have already make profit in it so it should not be called flopped. The overall purpose of any business is profit and it is.

Abhishek couldn’t have agreed more.
Absolutely! अब यह बात इन्हें कैसे समझाएँ।

That’s how you deal with your trolls. Agree with it or not, Abhishek Bachchan is 6 feet 2 inch of pure sass!
