Not many people must have heard the name Shreya Sundar Iyer but she is one hell of a girl and a name to reckon with. Shreya Sundar Iyer is already breaking barriers and shunning stereotypes. Who is she and what makes her so special? Read on and find out.
1. This fearless and spunky rider is the first Indian woman to participate in an Indian National Rally Championship. And she is just 24 years old.
2. She rode her first bike as a teen and it was all by chance. She rode her first bike in college when she was 17.
3. Besides, being the first woman to participate in an Indian National Rally Championship, this daredevil has been the only women to ride on the sandy dunes of Dubai. Her bike:Â KTM EXC 450.
4. Â Apart from being an incredible biker that Shreya is, this beauty from Bengaluru is an interior designer and has passed out from Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru.
5. She has traversed the country on her bike, right from the Himalayan range to the rigorous southern 2,000-kilometer belt. Mind you, the southern belt was covered in just 6 days.
6. Her list of talents don’t end here. She is also a trained classical singer and dancer. Is there something, this girl can’t do?
7.  She surely does love her bike and racing, but more than that, she is out to break stereotypes. Proof of that, “Although gender bias has been a big part of what is looked upon as a male-dominated sport, it’s time we broke some stereotypes.”
