4 Brave Men Of Bengaluru Rescue A Woman Stuck In A Drowning Car And It’s A Win For Humanity

There is no dearth of instances of crime whenever you pick up a newspaper or even surf the internet. We come across crimes ranging from robberies, child abuse, to crime against women and murders which lead us to believe that the world is just becoming a horrible place to live in.

However, there are still incidents which instill a little faith in us regarding humanity and this is definitely one of them. The city of Bengaluru has been battered by heavy rains these past few weeks which have really put the infrastructure of the city in jeopardy.

The incident occurred on Friday night near Nayandahalli Circle on Mysuru road, where heavy rains in the evening had led to severe waterlogging and traffic jams on the road, and many cars were submerged.

In a video which has been doing the rounds of social media, a woman can be seen miraculously saved from a half-submerged car, where the hood of the car is almost submerged in the water.

According to reports by NDTV, the woman was stuck inside the car when passers-by noticed her crying for help. Although, the water was waist-deep in the area, four people jumped into the water and rescued the woman.

Although, potholes and rains in Bengaluru have claimed a lot of lives these past few weeks, we try to find a little bit of silver lining in the dark cloud of misery looming over us. The people who rescued the woman have indeed made humanity proud.
