Varun Dhawan Just Compared Dilwale To Inception. Yes, I’m As Speechless As You Are.

Why Bollywood celebrities are pulling an Uday Chopra is beyond my comprehension, but Varun Dhawan just gave the most ridiculous statement.

According to Varun Dhawan, Dilwale is deep and requires understanding… just like Inception. Here’s what he said:

“Have you seen Inception? Understood it? Liked it? Then you will like Dilwale. There is lot to our film. There is a plot, story and is logical and is a full on 2015 film which has lot of twists and turns.”
“We have purposely not shown (it in trailer,) because we want people to watch the movie in the theatres.”

 

Varun, kuch jyaada nahi ho gaya?

It’s like saying if you like eating aloo ke parathe, you’ll love the poop in the morning.

 

From his statement, either of the two conclusions can be made:

1. Either he had not seen Inception.

2. Or Rohit Shetty has actually managed to come up with a genius plot for a change. (doubtful)

 

If the latter is true, in that case, I can see the comparison a bit too clearly:

SRK as Leo

 

Varun Dhawan as Faceless kid 1

 

Kriti Sanon as Faceless kid 2

Doesn’t make much sense, does it? Just like Varun Dhawan’s statement.
