Billionaire Boss From Surat Gave 1260 Cars And 400 Flats To Employees As Diwali Bonus

A thoughtful billionaire in Surat has gifted his employees 1,260 cars and 400 flats as Diwali bonus. Savji Dholakia, the owner of Hare Krishna Exports believes that the people who work for him are not his employees but family. 

 

Savji Dholakia had a budget of 51 crores set apart especially for Diwali. Diwali gifts to the employees is a tradition the company follows every year. Last year, he gifted 491 cars and 200 flats to his people. Savji says, 

“GIFTING CARS ISN’T NEW FOR US. WE GIFTED MARUTI CARS TO THREE EMPLOYEES 18 YEARS AGO WHO LATER BECAME OUR PARTNERS IN THE BUSINESS.”

Savji Dholakia is the same diamond merchant who sent his son with Rs. 7,000 in his pocket to Kerala. He made him do blue-collared jobs to teach him the value of money and importance of struggle.

 

This year, he selected 1,716 employees from the 5,000 who work for him, after reviewing their performance. 1,716 were named company’s best-performing employees in an informal function that took place in Surat. 

“The idea Has Always Been to “extend gratitude” to employees who had helped the company grow.”

Today whenever Savji goes to the office, he finds a bundle of 35-40 resumes. Thousands of people are willing to work for him. 50-year-old Savji has been lavishly giving #DiwaliBonusGoals to every boss out there.
