Who doesn’t want to go on a trip abroad and wander through the gorgeous locales? Who doesn’t want to get lost in all that picturesque scenery? I sure as hell do!
But unfortunately, with my bank balance, I need to be happy with just looking at the photographs.
The list of the most Googled holiday destinations is out and the places are beyond magnificent. And when asked hills or beaches- people chose beaches!
10. Bermuda
Nope, that’s not a filter you’re seeing, Bermuda really has pink sand beaches! It is a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean. Scuba divers can explore a number of coral reefs and wrecks.

A city in Mexico, CancĂșn, is known for its nightlife and parties. The beaches boast of clear blue Caribbean waters and a perfect sunny climate. It is also famous for the preservation of ancient Mayan sites.

Bali in Indonesia is famous for its beaches, flora, and fauna. It is a green travel destination but could have also been Googled due to the November volcano eruption in Bali.
7. Turks and Caicos
The Turks and Caicos Islands or TCI are another British Overseas Territory in the Lucayan Archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean and northern West Indies. It is a well renowned holiday destination for Hollywood celebs and that may have been the reason for its popularity this year.

Made up of countless islands, The Republic of Maldives remains a popular destination among honeymooners for its romantic resorts (Sagarika Ghatge and Zaheer Khan are enjoying some couple time there on their romantic beach vacay currently). Located in the Indian Ocean the crystal clear waters are a treat for every snorkeler.

The islands facing both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean are obviously a tourist spot everyone loves visiting. It is part of the Dominican Republic and is famous for its water sports and parties on boats and yachts.

Located in the United States, Aspen is located in the Rocky Mountains’ Sawatch Range and the Elk Mountains. It has some of the most expensive real estates in the US and is majorly famous for its skiing destinations.

Located in the United States of America, the coastal city is said to have one of the best boardwalks in the country. It has many beach facing restaurants which are the star attraction.

Situated in Spain, Barcelona has always been legendary for two things- football and tourism. With magnificent heritage sites to visit and fun, sandy beaches what’s not to love in the city?

Though this being the number one searched destination could owe to the fact that there was a mass shooting there some months back. However, the United States city is legendary for its casinos and clubs.
