Rigorous beauty regimes are becoming the hip thing today. With beauty gurus and cosmetic brands shoving items down our throat, it is difficult not to fall prey. Some say the three-step washing, toning, and moisturising is the way to go. While others add a few more steps to the process. However, sometimes it just crosses the line and becomes BIZARE.
According to The Sun, this 70-year-old grandmother, Stella Ralfini has some unusual beauty secrets. She credits her radiance and freshness to a secret ingredient in her skincare regime- urine.
Stella is a sex therapist and is famous for giving advice to sexually frustrated couples on using Kamasutra to spice up their private lives. She became a tantric sexpert in the 1980s and has proved to make her career a roaring success says a Daily Mail report.
Stella says that people never believe her age. She credits her unusual anti-aging trick to when she was studying medicine in India in her 30s. She said,
“I had this really strange rash that came out when I was in India. I was talking to a doctor and he said this is what you could try. It took a week to see the results and IÂ have never had a spot since.”
Talking about the benefits of pee she said that urine is s thought of as dirty but it actually isn’t. She said that one must catch a bit of it in a plastic cup and dab a tiny amount of it with cotton to cleanse the skin. She said that using this treatment thrice a week is enough to see results in seven days.
The life coach was diagnosed with skin cancer and tried resolving her illness with urine once again. Though she did take medical help along with it she attributes her current cancer-free state to pee.
Though there isn’t any evidence to prove that urine helped her get rid of cancer, she is a firm believer. She also said that it’s so powerful because it carries your DNA. And it isn’t smelly when it freshly comes out. It can even be used to treat eczema, psoriasis rashes and breakouts.
After being blessed with a new life she is now on the hunt to find love. She says that she spent too much time in her career that her personal life suffered. She now is determined to find a soulmate at seventy!
