A woman identified by local media as Hana, did not make it to the boarding gate even when her Citilink flight from Bali to Jakarta, was already mounting in the passengers. She also failed to respond to the three calls dedicated to her and left the authorities with no choice but to allow the flight to move on.
However, never in their wildest dreams, the staff at the airport could have expected, what the woman did next.
With just 10 minutes left for the plane to take off, the woman dashed past the security at the boarding gate and ended up at the airstrip. In an outrageous bid to stop the aircraft, she even tried to chase it down when the officials got hold of her.
The video which is now going viral on social media, clearly shows the officials struggling to hold the woman as she tries to escape their grasp. She even lied down flat on the floor in the process.
The incident took place at Bali’s Ngurah Rai Airport on Sunday morning.
Speaking about the incident, an airport spokesperson said to Channel News Asia,
“At 7.10 am, (the passenger) trespassed the boarding gate as the flight was going to depart to Jakarta as scheduled at 7.20 am.”
“A Citilink employee and an airport security employee then pursued her.”
“The Citilink employee tried to secure the passenger as the plane was already moving, causing the passenger to fall onto the ground.”

According to reports, the woman was allowed to sit on another Jakarta flight later.
You have got guts, woman. Why not use it in a sensible way?
