Virat Kohli Aces Olympic Weightlifting Technique Amid Lockdown, Watch Video

Watching fitness videos while hogging on a platter of pyaz ke pakode is my way of killing Monday blues amid lockdown. It’s not that I didn’t think, ‘Yaar jitney din lockdown pe hu, utney din roz 1 ghanta exercise karungi.’ But you know how it is when you have four other family members who thought, ‘Lockdown me chef ban jaenge’. But guilt started kicking in when I saw Virat Kohli’s fitness regime.

The Indian cricket team captain has been updating his fans with his quarantine routine through his social media. He has posted several videos where he’s seen acing multiple exercises, even the Olympic weightlifting technique, reported The Indian Express.

Earlier this week, he shared a video of him attempting an impressive weightlifting exercise, reported Zee News.

Several fans, including South African cricketer AB De Villiers were impressed by his amazing feat.

And recently, he gave me a backache when he attempted one of the top exercises and gave a shot at ‘180 landings’.

Well, I think I already lost a lot kilo just watching him working out. Here’s an inspiration for you to ditch the cakes and pizzas and burn that lockdown weight at home. All the best, guys.
