He certainly hits more headlines for being trolled than for his performance on the ground.
The latest reason why he is in the hot news is for his wife Anushka Sharma.
Taking time from his busy schedule, Virat finally watched wifey’s latest release, Zero on Sunday. The film boasts a stellar cast of Shah Rukh Khan seen as a vertically challenged man, Bauua Singh, Anushka Sharma as a cerebral palsy wheel-chair bound NASA scientist, Aafia and Katrina Kaif as a Bollywood superstar, Babita. Despite its unconventional plot, superstar cast and sensible director, Anand L Rai, critics and fans have brutally panned the film.
But, Virat Kohli’s review for the film is poles apart from that of the critics and fans. The Indian skipper took to Twitter to praise Zero and especially, wife Anushka Sharma’s performance in the film. Have a look at what Virat wrote:
