Your first house is always an occasion worth a grand celebration. The fact that every inch of it is yours, paid for by your own hard work, blood, sweat and toil, has to account for immense pride, right? Well, actor Varun Dhawan sure felt every spectrum of this emotion over the weekend!
Varun Dhawan has finally brought his own home, sweet home! He hosted a puja-cum-housewarming party for close friends and family over the weekend, including Anupam Kher, who is one of papa David Dhawan’s closest friends.
What’s more Anupam Kher got Varun to give him an exclusive tour of his spanking new bachelor pad and then shared it on his Instagram for all of us to see!
The beginning of the video is bound to give you some major ‘Tulsi from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Thi’ vibes!
Thanks to our excellent tour guide Varun Dhawan, in all his new home-owner glory, we know that the house boasts of a gym and a walk-in closet. There’s also ‘The Den’, which we assume is Varun’s office.

But the sweetest thing was Anupam Kher’s caption, where he talked about how proud Papa Dhawan would be of his beta. Not to mention how wonderful it must’ve been for mom Lali Dhawan to do up the interiors of her son’s very first home.
