Chikki and Winters go hand in hand. The traditional Indian sweet is eaten in different parts of the country in varied varieties. The most common one of them all is the Chikki made out of roasted peanuts and jaggery. It is not only a delicious snack to munch at any time of the day but also carries a lot of health benefits.
So, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) which looks after children’s development and welfare around the world, picked up the healthy and super tasty chikki and shared its recipe with the world. But by mistake, they worte ‘Tikki’ (made out of boiled mashed potatoes and spices) instead of ‘Chikki’ (the sweet dish) in the caption while sharing the video.
Did you know it’s this simple to make chana dal tikki at home? 😮#Homemade #Recipe pic.twitter.com/G7u62t8mM7

The contents of the video are apt. It shows the recipe of chana dal and sesame seeds chikki. But the goof up in the caption caught people’s attention and they began schooling UNICEF over the difference between ‘chikki’ and ‘tikki’.
Chikki ya Tikki..🤣🤣🤣

They have named it correctly in the video and it might just be a silly mistake in the caption. We can spare them for a small goof-up, right? What’s your take on the matter? Tell us!
