These eighteen girls from the neighbouring villages of Jharkhand, after braving all odds of child marriage, illiteracy and sexual trafficking, has done the unthinkable:
1. Break stereotypes like a boss and,
2. Win laurels for India by competing at International Football events
Instead of wearing traditional salwar-kameez in their village, these girls wear jerseys and shorts. Instead of getting married early, they attend school & concentrate on honing their football skills at Yuwa camps.
In Spain U-14, Supergoats faced stronger & better opponents but still made it to the quarter-finals. In the Gasteiz Cup, they came 3rd.
Now the Supergoats are going to the USA Cup and they need your encouragement.
