It’s March and the board exams season is upon us. It is a time that students (and their parents) all over the nation get stressed more than politicians before election results.

According to a pamphlet, the Kashthabhanjan Temple in Panchmahal district, Gujarat is offering a ‘magical’ pen set worth ₹1900 with a 100 percent guarantee of passing the exam.

The pen set is advertised to be made using the divinity acquired by performing a Hanuman Saraswati Yagya. It is believed to reduce stress and take you to the path of success.

 

The pamphlet, issued in the name of Dushyant Bapuji, also assures of a 100 percent money back guarantee, if the student doesn’t pass the exams.

“If your student does not pass his examinations even after using our pen set, then we will return the entire amount.”

 

But wait, it is not that easy to get ahold of the one-of-a-kind pen set. One has to provide a mobile number, an exam receipt, a photocopy of the admit card and a copy of school ID to buy it, as mentioned in the pamphlet.

Imagine this, a student appearing for his exams, writing about Darwin’s evolution theory, explaining laws of thermodynamics and performing integrations and differentiations, with a pen that reeks of superstitions. Oh, the irony!
