Have you ever thought how weird it is that every movie which is even remotely based on the future, shows robots ruling us, or being highly malicious and creepy in general? Now that I’ve got you thinking about it, let’s take a trip to realise how we have calmly accepted a robot into our world when we should be panicking.
If you haven’t guessed it yet, I am talking about Sophia, the most advanced robot ever created by Hanson Robotics. Yes, the same one who was the first robot to get a citizenship from Saudi Arabia. ICYMI, people were freaking out about her intelligence even then.
But you know what’s even creepier? Sophia is on social media and people have one important question: How did she pass the “I am not a robot” test?
To give you a better insight into what I am talking about let’s visit her social media to determine how screwed we are, on a scale 1 to 100.
1. Is that you Captain Salazar? (What up, ‘Pirates of the Carribean’ reference!)
