We have all hawww’d and awwww’d at our favourite stars who lit up our hearts simultaneously when they lit up the screen. When they play the hero/shero, proving their mettle, one dialogue at a time, and giving us all reasons to applaud and cheer. While the ‘reel ‘is house to a craft that deserves all the respect, it doesn’t stand a chance in front of ‘real’ life and its testing situations.
But fortunately, we have actors like Siddharth- a hero on-screen and off!Â
If you have doubts, you’re about to see why.
Saluting the same spirit, here are a few instances that re-introduced us to Siddharth, his bold opinions and his rationality to voice them fairly.Â
1. When he made himself heard about affluent politicians like Ravindra Gaikwad without taking any names.Â
Meanwhile in our country, you can slipper an airline employee and refuse to say sorry! The world is going crazy!
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) April 10, 2017
2. When he called out babus for the cash-for-vote politics in Tamil Nadu.Â
#TamilNadu politics… How much more will you fall? Have some respect for the greatness of this state's past. #voteforcash #rknagar

3. When he was unfraid to call spade a spade!
"Wherever women are diminished, the entire world is diminished with them." Melania Trump, speaking at the State Dept pic.twitter.com/KvRQHX3Uff

4. When he was baffled at the ruckus in state assembly created by DMK MLAs that resorted to VIOLENCE.
Let even children see, hear and learn what is happening in the assembly in #TN. Make them understand. Shameful days for democracy!
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) February 18, 2017
5. When he was an agent of change and PEACE!
Anger can trigger a mob the wrong way. Think & act for yourself. Know your fight. Protect your right. Peace and non-violence are key! #TN
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) January 23, 2017
Anyone trying to extract mileage out of this situation for other issues must stop now. This is the #Jallikattu movement. The people have won.
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) January 23, 2017
6. When it didn’t take him time to point out casual sexism fed by big names!
A new low for women's rights in the workplace in India. What were they thinking? #Fail pic.twitter.com/3PW5mMaKOt
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) November 20, 2016
7. When he schooled a fan right when he needed!Â
After three year's m light the cigarette with the same way as @Actor_Siddharth light it in starting scenes of RDB.
— पाटिल. (@RangerPaatil) November 3, 2016
Smoking is the most disgusting habit. Please quit. I'm sorry if I made you think it's cool. https://t.co/scfJEJrW2w

8. The time he condemned URI attacks and the failed attempts at diplomacy!Â
#URI must be the last nail in the coffin of diplomacy. Yes there are good people in Pakistan but their army & government have let them down.
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) September 19, 2016
9. Or when he exposed LIVE TWEETING for what it is- a farce!Â
If you tweet while watching a film… Clearly you have to choose one screen for your brain. Which one is it? The film or your stupid phone?
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) September 8, 2016
10. When he gave a national publication a lesson in disguise!Â
Dear #DeccanChronicle must you be so disrespectful? Next time, try not saying anything at all. pic.twitter.com/f1GCD6XWZo
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) August 12, 2016
11. The triumphant time when he called out the film fraternity for the irreparable damage of ‘hasee toh phasee’!
We've been selling a terrible dream in our films for long. That any man can get the woman he wants just by wanting her enough. Must change!
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) July 17, 2016
When a woman stalks a man in our films she's a vamp. When a man does it he is a hero. It's a complicated discussion. But it needs to be had.
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) July 17, 2016
12. When he was the animal rights activist we all want to be!

14. Also, the time when he discouraged online bullying in the most subtle way.
A mature, generous and all round spectacular reply to faceless, heartless trolls… Glad to see you happy @khanff https://t.co/xXcv55xsLi
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) May 29, 2016
15. And that time when he was out on streets doing what any righteous citizen would do!
Please send tweets to @rj_balaji & me. We are trying to contact groups to spread information for stranded people. Every message/call counts.
— Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) December 1, 2015
If you are not part of relief work please stay indoors. People crowding bridges to see flood sights are a nuisance. Stay home. #TNflood
