12 Joys Of Having Your Sibling As Your Roommate

We all like our roommates (I mean most of us), and love our siblings (except when they piss us off, of course), but it turns out to be absolutely fun when your sibling becomes your roommate. Obviously you have your fair share of fights, but the love you have for them increases once the quarrel is over and you reconcile and that is when you realize how true these 12 joys of having your sibling as a roommate are:

1.You are never short of money, bills are divided, and you actually save money

“Sis i’m taking 500 from your wallet”

2. You never miss “ma ke haath ka khana” because your sibling makes it exactly the same way

 

3. Shopping for grocery and stuff for the house becomes extra fun

 

4. You never have to do all the household chores alone

So while one of you washes them, the other puts them out to dry

 

5. You don’t miss home that much during birthdays

Because the best party planner – your sibling – is there with you

 

6. You can even share clothes if you and your sibling are the same size

“Bhai have you seen my blue shirt?”
“Umm, yeah, I wore it to work yesterday.”

 

7. The number of friends you have increases because…

…Your friends = sibling’s new friends; siblings friends = your new friends

 

8. Your sibling always cover up for you when you are out partying

“Don’t tell mom and dad and I will wash clothes for the next two weeks, deal?”

 

9. If you fall sick, your sibling takes better care of you than the hospital
