‘Guilty’, that’s what I felt when I took a leave from the office for no particular reason. However, even though I knew a short break would rejuvenate me and help me focus better, I ended up feeling like a horrible person when I took some time off for my ‘me time’. From missing an appointment to canceling a meeting, people often tend to stress over everyday things.
