Surat Businessman To Reward 600 Employees With A Car Each Because It’s Diwali!

If someone knows a thing or two about keeping his employees happy, it’s definitely Savji Dholakia. Actually, happy would be a major understatement. Dholakia, who is the founder and chairman of Hari Krishna Exports, literally makes his workers fly high with extravagant giveaways.

Remember the time he gifted 1260 cars and 400 flats to his employees as a part of Diwali bonus? And the time when he presented three of his employees with a Mercedes each for completing 25 years in the company?

Needless to say, the Surat-based diamond merchant is all set to flatter his employees in a similar fashion, this Diwali. As a grand festive reward, the 56-year-old has decided to gift 600 employees of his brand with a car each! According to the Business Times, the distribution will be carried out in a special event called ‘Skill India Incentice Ceremony’ on Thursday. Taking to Facebook, he said,

“Hari Krishna Group is hosting a Skill India Incentive Ceremony 2018 on October 25, 2018. As a part of our loyalty bonus program to our employees, we will be giving incentive to approximately 1,700 diamond artists and diamond engineers.”

However, this time the cars won’t be a Mercedes but the Maruti Suzuki Alto and Maruti Suzuki Celerio. And trust me, that does not even matter. It’s a freakin’ CAR for a Diwali bonus, goddamnit!

For some more information to be jealous of, the on-road price of both the cars is up to Rs 3.56 lakh and Rs 5.38 lakh, respectively.

Just in case you’re thinking that’s all, you are mistaken. According to some media reports, the man with a golden heart will satisfy his other employees with lavish jewelry and flats!
