For many of us seeing our pets’ happy faces has helped us survive the lockdown. The adorable four-legged creatures cheer you up with their infinite cuddles and love. However, just like quarantine is making us gloomy, it might have a negative impact on animals too.
Recently, Rashida Ellis, 38, shared a picture of her sad pet. Three-year-old English bulldog, Big Poppa, who is sitting on the patio of its house, looked extremely sad while staying indoors, reports India Today.

Big Poppa looked absolutely dejected as he had to stay indoors due to the lockdown.
“He loves children and then other dogs and then adults,” his Atlanta-based owner was quoted saying by NDTV.
Unfortunately, Big Poppa can’t play with the kids in his building as a precautionary measure. And, he clearly misses his favorite activity. In fact, he wouldn’t even get out of his bed although it’s a size smaller for him.
🤣🤣 I bought Poppa a new bed during lockdown. It arrived to small but he wouldn't get out of it 🤣 pic.twitter.com/TS3KG1DpOl

Separated from his friends, the sad bulldog has been roaming around in low spirits. Many people including celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres and Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams, related to his quarantine sadness.

Stay inside. Flatten this curve. Do it for Big Poppa. https://t.co/q2c9GYZMgN
