2020 has been a disastrous year. From cyclones to locust attack, it seems like we have seen it all. However, when it comes to earthquakes, Delhi has sadly taken the toll. The capital city has experienced 16 tremors in the past 2 months.
Speaking of which, an earthquake of magnitude 4.8 on the Richter Scale struck Rajkot in the wee hours of the morning today, reports News18. Several parts of Gujarat including Amreli and Junagadh districts felt the tremors. The epicenter of the earthquake 22 km southwest of Rajkot.

Earlier today, 2 more earthquakes were reported in Assam and Himachal Pradesh as well, reports Times Now. While Karimganj in Assam experienced an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter Scale, Una in Himachal Pradesh experienced a low-intensity quake measuring 2.3, said the National Center for Seismology.
However, people online found humor in this shaky affair. Comparing their situation to Delhi, people hilariously warned the states to be prepared for this recurring event:
