This Rock Climber’s Magical Proposal Raises The Romantic Bar Up To The Mountain Top!

When you truly love someone so much that you’re willing to make them a permanent part of your life, you certainly want that moment to be special. You want to pop the all-important question in a place that holds meaning in both your lives. You want to do it in a way that’s intimate, memorable yet absolutely breathtaking.

Luis Cardona certainly managed to check off everything on the list and professed his love for his special someone, Maddy Thorpe, in the most incredible way. 

Rock climbing was a big part of their lives so he decided to pop the question at the ‘Elevation Gym’ where they climbed together.

 

Louis added a string of lights to the gym where they climbed. Then, while Maddy had reached the top of one of her climbs, Louis held her up in place while their friends came in and turned off the lights and lit up the strings.  

“At first, Maddy was a little frightened because she was hanging up there in the air in the pitch black! After she realised what was going on she started to cry.”

She made her way down, laughing and crying at the same time, completely overwhelmed with emotion.

 

And in case I wasn’t explicit enough, she said YES!

 

It was truly a magical moment.

 

So beautiful.

 

I’m envious.

 

Truly a rocking couple, wouldn’t you agree?
