Making goof-ups during conferences is a common but awkward mistake nobody wants to commit! And, nothing can be more embarrassing than playing a porn clip by mistake in public, isn’t it? But examples of such incidents are also many in number. Remember the incident when a porn video was played at LED at the crowded Rajib Chowk metro station in Delhi? Or the incident when Pune stood still watching a porn video on a billboard on a busy street in the city?
Our nation, has, however, gotten rid of the taboo associated with watching porn to some extent. But, we still have miles to go before we can watch it in public, for sure!
Another such incident recently came to light in Jaipur. The officials of the Food and Civil Supply Department were left embarrassed after a porn clip was mistakenly played at a video conference in the state capital.
Mugdha Singh, the secretary of the department, chaired the meeting at the NIC room in the secretariat on Monday.
“In the middle of the video conference, an obscene clip started playing on the screen. I immediately called the NIC director and asked him to probe the matter and give a report on this,” she said, reported NDTV.
Among the people present at the conference, 10 were the department officials and NIC representatives. District supply officers from 33 districts of Rajasthan also participated in the video conference.
“Decision on the action will be taken on guilty personnel on the basis of NIC director’s report,” Ms Singh said.
We can definitely imagine how embarrassing it would have been for all the officials! What do you think it was? A genuine mistake or a prank?
