Parents have expressed anger over the quality and structure of the courses, inadequate installation of CCTV cameras, irregular class schedules, alleged “manipulation of attendance records”, and a “lack of communication” about class cancellations and refund processes, reported Mint.
The family of one such student from Byju’s were so angry after probably waiting a long time for their refund that they decided to uninstall the television hanging on the wall of Byjus’ office.
