Angry Parents Take Away TV From Byju’s Office After They Fail To Pay Refund, Watch Video

Between 2021 and 2023, as many as 43,625 refund requests were submitted to Byju’s Tuition Centers. This highlights how dissatisfactory the services provided by Byju’s really are. Parents have expressed anger over the quality and structure of the courses, inadequate installation of CCTV cameras, irregular class schedules, alleged “manipulation of attendance records”, and a “lack of communication” about class cancellations and refund processes, reported Mint.

The family of one such student from Byju’s were so angry after probably waiting a long time for their refund that they decided to uninstall the television hanging on the wall of Byjus’ office. They told the authorities to take back the TV after giving them their refund. A video of the incident was shared on Instagram. Have a look:
