On August 23, 6:04 PM, India and ISRO scripted history after the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft made a soft landing on the surface of the Moon. India is the 4th country to have done so after the US, Russia and China and the first country to land a spacecraft in uncharted territory near the lunar south pole, reported Indian Express.
It’s not just Indians across the world who celebrated this glorious moment but also people from other countries because it is a massive win for the field of science.

the thing is that most of our public wont even realize that if some country is so far ahead of us in space tech/warfare it means that nation is literally light years ahead of us in all of the other fields which impact day to day life of a commoner

The fruits of science benefits humanity. The achievements of #Science should be celebrated across boundaries, no matter who achieves the feat. That's how people irrespective of nationality should respond to such success. Happy to see such responses. #Chandrayaan3 #ISRO https://t.co/lTnRDiyabC
